Elizabeth specialises in ‘Cranial’ Osteopathy The ‘Cranial Osteopath’ is a fully qualified osteopath who has also studied the very gentle ‘cranial’ techniques. The techniques are so gentle they can be used on anyone from newborn to the elderly. Elizabeth graduated in l990 from the British College of Osteopathic Medicine in London and has been practicing full-time ever since. She has attended many post-graduate courses over the years which initially included subjects such as core-stability and sports medicine as she worked as an osteopath in a Sports Centre for several years. Elizabeth’s particular interest in the last ten years has been the use of the highly specialised ‘Cranial’ osteopathic techniques. She worked using these techniques for two years at the highly acclaimed Osteopathic Centre for Children in Harley Street, London before moving to work in Yeovil six years ago. Elizabeth and Katy Austin work together as a team. ‘Cranial’ osteopathy is about the whole body, not just the head.
