Gail Clarke Alexander Technique Teacher, Cranio-Sacral Therapist

Gail’s Alexander Technique career began 20 years ago with individual lessons that both transformed her life, and provided the tools to help her stay free from chronic pain in the aftermath of a road traffic accident. After completing a three year full-time training, Gail started teaching in1991, and has worked in private practice, on Alexander Technique training courses, in management training, and at the Welsh College of Music and Drama.

Gail is also a qualified Craniosacral Therapist, and brings to her work a diversity of practical skills, including an ongoing study of voice and movement.

Along the way she has undertaken courses in counseling skills and teaching Natural Family Planning, and undertakes regular post-graduate training, with in depth studies of many aspects of human existence. She is a member of The Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique, and The Craniosacral Therapy Association.

Partner Mike and daughter Lisa are also Alexander Teachers.
