Lyn O’Neill - Pilates Foundation Teacher

 

Lyn completed her training at the Scott Studio in Castle Cary, a Pilates Foundation accredited training school. The Pilates Foundation has among the highest criteria and most extensive training of any Pilates organisation.

As teachers the emphasis is on safety and in group classes focus is on working within safe limits for the group.
