Sally Barmes, Psychotherapist

Sally is a UKCP and BACP integrative psychotherapist. She has been in private practice in London since 1996 and in Dorset since 2000.

She originally qualified at the Chiron Centre for Holistic Psychotherapy and adhere to their Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.

Prior to this Sally worked in residential, institutional and public sector settings for 12 years, offering individual counselling and group work. She is qualified as a probation officer/social worker and holds a CQUSW/DipSW

Currently she is a student of the Ridhwan School, following the Diamond Approach spiritual teaching.

She offers a safe, confidential space for individual short-term counselling and longer term psychotherapy. She is experienced in working with many issues listed on the Counselling page and, on a more spiritual level, she is particularly experienced in working with anyone who feels unfulfilled, ‘stuck’; and wants to explore a deeper, more true sense of themself, their heart and soul.
